Current to 10 Oct 26Priya Raman chased the Growth proposal with a decision date of 17 Jun 2024. Richard Thorne replied that he sees the first-year total but wants the recurring annual cost set out separately on one page for the board.
Ask: Richard wants the ongoing annual cost shown on its own, apart from the single first-year total. He asks for one page.
Customer view: he is a short, consistent buyer focused on what goes to the board. He leaves the underwriters' needs to Callum.
Next: Priya has not yet given him a split of one-off and recurring cost, a point he has now raised more than once.

- Priya Raman 8 May 2024 10:43Hi Callum, hi Richard, Thanks for your time on the call - really useful to hear how the capacity-provider oversight questions land on your team week to week. Quick recap of where we stand, to keep momentum: the proposal for the Growth tier is with you both. It covers the subscription and the one-off implementation in a single total, and it is built around the one view of submissions, bordereaux queries, claims tickets and CRM activity that Callum described. The date we are working towards for a decision is 17 Jun 2024, which leaves room for your internal review and for anything Louise needs to see on the contract side. Two things would help me from here: - Richard, are you comfortable that the proposal gives you the all-in picture you need, or is there a line you would like broken out differently? - Callum, is there anything from the demo on your own data that you would like me to repeat for the underwriters before then? Happy to make this easy - if it is simpler, I can walk either of you through the document in twenty minutes. Best, Priya
- Richard Thorne 8 May 2024 11:18Priya, Thank you for the summary. What does this cost us, all in? I can see the single total for the first year. Please set out separately what recurs annually after the implementation, so I can see the ongoing cost on its own. I will need to take that to the board, so I would like it kept simple: one page if possible. Callum will advise on whether the underwriters need anything further from you. Regards, Richard Thorne
