Summary
Fenmoor has used the B-Brain company brain since 1 Jul 2024. It gives underwriting operations one view across submissions, bordereaux queries, claims tickets and CRM activity, all inside Fenmoor's own Snowflake account, so capacity providers' oversight questions can be answered from one place.
Use has grown over the last quarter, support has been quiet and nothing is overdue. We would like to propose a measured expansion that lets more of the team benefit and brings more of Fenmoor's sources into the brain.

You can take any combination. Each item stands on its own, and we are happy to scope them in stages.
The value we expect
- Less manual reconciliation. Each new source removes another spreadsheet exercise when a capacity provider asks a question.
- Wider access. More colleagues can ask the brain directly instead of waiting for a few experienced people.
- Safer change. The Sandbox lets your team prove a new source before it affects the answers you already depend on.
- Faster help. A named engineer means a colleague who already knows your set-up.
Commercial terms
- Pricing for the added items will be quoted from the current price book when you confirm the scope.
- Any first-term discount applies only to the added items and stays within B-Brain's discount limit.
- Invoicing follows your current pattern: annual, in advance, on standard payment terms.
- Your main subscription and its end date of 30 Jun 2027 are unchanged. We can discuss aligning added items to that date if you prefer a single renewal.
Delivery approach
- Scope. Daniel Okafor works with your operations lead to confirm the people, teams and sources involved.
- Set-up. New connectors are configured inside your Snowflake account, with a live-by commitment for each.
- Adoption. Training and a review of questions asked, so the extra capacity is actually used.
- Review. Progress is covered in your regular reviews with your customer success manager.
Next steps
- Tell us which items are of interest and roughly how many additional people and sources you have in mind.

- Once agreed, the order form is signed by authorised signatories on both sides and work begins.
