What it says
What this says
Current to 10 Oct 26Draft first-version proposal from Priya Raman to renew Fenmoor's Growth subscription unchanged for one year after the term ending 30 Jun 2025. Annual price is stated in words as forty-four thousand pounds. Not agreed with Fenmoor and now well out of date.
What it is: a renewal proposal prepared by Priya Raman on 28 Apr 2025, marked "Draft - not yet agreed with Fenmoor". It proposes Growth, forty licensed users, billed annually in advance, with no implementation fee.
Commits: nothing. Section 9 says "Figures and terms are indicative until an order form is executed", so it binds neither party.
Unusual: the price is written only in words, forty-four thousand pounds, and the proposal calls it the same as the contracted annual recurring revenue today. Options on user count are discussion only and unpriced.
Not settled: who signs, whether forty users is right, the value statement and a support ticket still open. The document does not show whether a renewal order form was executed, and the term end it targets has passed, so it should not be read as current.

Body
Fenmoor Specialty Underwriting - Renewal Proposal v1
Draft - not yet agreed with Fenmoor
Prepared by Priya Raman, Account Executive, B-Brain | Monday 28 April 2025
1. Purpose
This paper sets out B-Brain's proposal to renew Fenmoor Specialty Underwriting's Growth subscription when the current term ends on 30 Jun 2025. The aim is to keep momentum and make the renewal simple, with no change to the shape of the service.
2. Context
- Fenmoor has been a customer since 1 Jul 2024 and uses the brain to answer capacity providers' oversight questions from one view of submissions, bordereaux queries, claims tickets and CRM activity.
- The brain runs inside Fenmoor's own Snowflake account.
- Active use has grown against the prior quarter, with roughly nine to ten active people in a typical month.
- There are no overdue invoices.
- Two support tickets were raised in the last thirty days, one of them high priority. Daniel Okafor, the Customer Success Manager, is closing the loop on both with the Fenmoor team.
3. What is being proposed

| Item | Proposal |
|---|---|
| Deal type | Renewal |
| Tier | Growth |
| Term | One year, following the end of the current term on 30 Jun 2025 |
| Billing | Annual, in advance |
| Licensed users | Forty |
| Annual price | Forty-four thousand pounds |
| Deal amount for the renewal | Forty-four thousand pounds |
| Implementation fee | None, as this is a renewal of an existing deployment |
The renewal price is the same as the contracted annual recurring revenue today. The annual price and the deal amount are the same figure because no one-off fee is involved.
4. What stays the same
- The Growth tier, including pages, chat and search, the dashboards builder and quarterly business reviews.
- The connectors already configured in Fenmoor's Snowflake account.
- The Growth service levels for availability, first response on priority tickets and the nightly refresh.
- Daniel Okafor as Customer Success Manager and Priya Raman as the commercial contact.
5. Value Fenmoor is getting
- A single place to answer capacity providers' oversight questions rather than reconciling systems by hand.
- Growing use by the underwriting operations team, with headroom in the licensed users for further teams.
- Dashboards and saved questions that the Fenmoor team has built for itself and can keep using.
We would like to add a short statement of time saved to the final version of this proposal. That needs input from Fenmoor, so it is shown here as an open point.
6. Options Fenmoor may wish to consider
- Renew as is. Same tier, same user count, same price. This is the simplest route and the default in this draft.
- Widen use within the current allowance. Bring underwriters and claims handlers into regular use, so more of the licensed users are active. No change to price.
- Review the user count. If Fenmoor expects its use to change materially, we can revisit the number of licensed users before signature.
These are discussion options only. Nothing beyond the default has been priced in this draft.
7. Open points
- Confirm that the user count of forty is still right for the coming term.
- Confirm who at Fenmoor will sign the renewal order form.
- Agree how Fenmoor would like to describe the value delivered, so that the final proposal reflects its own view.
- Close out the open support ticket before the order form is issued.
8. Next steps
- Priya Raman to share this draft with the Fenmoor operations lead and the commercial decision-maker.
- Daniel Okafor to provide a usage summary and update on the support tickets.
- Fenmoor to confirm the open points above.
- B-Brain to issue the renewal order form under the existing master agreement once the open points are settled, if we can get this over the line ahead of the term end on 30 Jun 2025.
9. Status of this document
This is the first version of the renewal proposal and remains a draft. Figures and terms are indicative until an order form is executed. Once signed, the executed order form is the record of the contracted price and terms.
Best, Priya
