What it says
What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Quarterly business review for Fenmoor's Growth subscription, prepared by Daniel Okafor and dated 11 Feb 2025. It gives the contracted annual recurring revenue as Forty-four thousand pounds and the term end as 30 Jun 2025. It states no availability or P1 figures.
What it is: A customer-facing review deck by Daniel Okafor, Customer Success Manager, filed as final. It covers usage, value, support and the plan for the renewal.
Commits: Daniel will send the renewal notice ahead of 30 Jun 2025, and Priya Raman will own the commercial terms. The deck says service "has stayed within the Growth commitments" but quotes no availability, P1 response or refresh figures.
Unusual: Nothing off the standard terms. The price is written in words, "Forty-four thousand pounds", as contracted annual recurring revenue, so it is quoted as the deck words it and not as a numeric price.
Not settled: The deck is from Feb 2025 and the term it describes ended on 30 Jun 2025. It does not show whether the renewal happened, the renewal price, or whether the value summary was written down.

Fenmoor is a City managing general agent writing marine cargo and professional indemnity for Lloyd's syndicates. The brain was bought so that underwriting operations can answer capacity providers' oversight questions from one view of submissions, bordereaux queries, claims tickets and CRM activity.
Usage
Read the whole document (3,799 characters)
- Daily active users have grown compared with the previous quarter, so the trend is moving the right way.
- The daily average is still well below the forty licensed users. That is headroom rather than a problem, and it points to teams who could be brought in.
- Usage so far sits with the underwriting operations team that sponsored the purchase.
- The question for this quarter is how to widen the base beyond the first group, so that the brain does not depend on a small number of people asking the questions.
Value
The reason Fenmoor bought the brain was to give a single, trusted answer when a capacity provider asks an oversight question. Instead of reconciling submissions, bordereaux queries, claims tickets and CRM activity by hand across several systems, the team asks the brain.
What we would like to agree with the team today:
- Which two or three oversight questions come up most often from capacity providers.
- How long those answers took before the brain, in the team's own words.
- Who in the business would use the answers if they were easier to reach.
Writing this down now gives both sides a clear account of the value before the renewal conversation.
Support and service
- One support ticket was raised in the last thirty days.
- None of the tickets in that period was high priority.
- There are no overdue invoices on the account.
- Service has stayed within the Growth commitments for availability and P1 first response.
Open points and risks
| Point | Why it matters | Owner |
|---|---|---|
| Usage concentrated in one team | A key-person risk if the main askers move on | Daniel Okafor with the Fenmoor sponsor |
| Licensed users well above active users | Shows adoption has room to grow | Daniel Okafor |
| Value not yet written down | Needed ahead of the renewal conversation | Daniel Okafor with Priya Raman |
We have no signal of dissatisfaction on the account. The risks above are about adoption and evidence, not service.
Plan for the next quarter
- Run a short how-to session for the wider underwriting and claims teams.
- Agree a short list of connectors or sources the team would like to add, within the Growth connector allowance.
- Capture the value summary agreed today as a one-page note the sponsor can share internally.
- Check in on usage again at the next review.
Renewal
The current term runs to 30 Jun 2025. Daniel will send the renewal notice ahead of that date and will come back to the Fenmoor sponsor with the options for the next term. Priya Raman will own the commercial terms.
Thank you for your time, and thank you to everyone on the Fenmoor team for the feedback so far.
