Current to 11 Oct 26Week three onboarding call with Maelbeek Assurances. The test refresh ran clean on Salesforce data. Thomas Janssens is to verify and sign off by the end of the week, ahead of production in week four.
What happened: Laura Penhaligon reported the test refresh ran clean, with correct mappings and no data quality issues. Thomas is to verify the data in the test environment and sign off.
Customer view: the customer asked practical questions about sign-off timing and user numbers. There was no pushback.
Commercial: fifteen users are set up, which is the Starter limit. Laura pointed to Marcus for any upgrade or additional seats, so growth beyond Starter is a possible later conversation.

Transcript
- Laura Penhaligon NoneHi Thomas, Arnaud, Laura here. So we're in week three of the implementation, and the test refresh ran yesterday. I pulled sample data from Salesforce, client records and core fields, and everything looks clean. Mappings are correct, no data quality issues.
- Thomas Janssens NoneGood. What do we need to do now?
- Laura Penhaligon NoneI want you to log into the test environment and verify the data yourself. Do a few searches you'd do in real life: check a client file, see the renewal dates, that kind of thing. Make sure it matches what you expect. I've set up a test login for you, I'll send the credentials over.
- Thomas Janssens NoneAnd if I spot something that doesn't look right?
- Laura Penhaligon NoneLet me know. We'll iterate. Typically, if there's anything, it's a field mapping issue, we'll fix it and re-run the refresh. But usually at this stage, everything's good to go.
- Arnaud Janssens NoneWhat happens after we sign off on the test?
- Laura Penhaligon NoneWeek four, we flip the switch to production. The real data refresh runs, I do a final quality check, and then we hand over to Marcus and the support team. You'll have full access, all the users we've set up, all the dashboards that are ready.
- Thomas Janssens NoneHow many users do we have set up?
- Laura Penhaligon NoneFifteen, that's your Starter limit. You can assign them as you see fit. If you need to add more down the road, Marcus can help you with an upgrade or additional seats.
- Arnaud Janssens NoneWhen do you need the sign-off on the test data?
- Laura Penhaligon NoneEnd of this week would be ideal, so we can go live early next week. But have a proper look, don't rush it. If something doesn't match, I'd rather fix it now than find it later.
- Thomas Janssens NoneAll right. I'll test it and get back to you.
- Laura Penhaligon NonePerfect. I'll send the test login over now. Thanks, Thomas.
