How an answer is reached

Objects first, then reasoning a level at a time

The brain never asks a model to read everything at once. It reads each object once (a call, a thread, a ticket, a document), keeps that read, and then builds each level from the level below: roll-ups and insights from the reads, the organisation assessment from those, next steps and the narrative from the assessment, the portfolio from every organisation. There are 12 stages in a declared order.

Why: every sentence is traceable to the records it was made from; the same facts give the same answer on every page; and a change re-opens only the records that depend on it, so the cost stays small.

Figures are never computed by the AI. Renewal dates, price changes, usage trends and reconciliations are computed in code and handed to the model as givens.

What the AI does not read

  • Raw exports directly: it reads the entity store and the facts, never the raw files.
  • Its own earlier answers about the same subject.
  • Anything downstream of the stage it is writing (the assessment never sees the narrative).
  • Values that change every day, such as "days ago".

Help & Support

B-Brain is one place to read everything the company knows about its customers: the CRM, calls, emails, support tickets, product usage, invoices, documents, news and HR. Every page is built from those systems and the data is current to Fri 9 Oct 2026.

Data as of Fri 9 Oct 2026. Text marked AI was written by the brain from the records listed in its made-from link; an AI output that cannot cite its evidence is refused and the previous text kept. Where two systems disagree (for example a contract and the CRM), the key facts show both values and mark the difference.

BB-Demo is a fictional company: every organisation, person and figure here is invented for this demonstration. B-Brain is the tool that reads its data.
