Current to 11 Oct 26Release four-twelve went live on 20 Jul 2026 and the nightly refresh then missed 07:00, producing 10 tickets from 4 customers. Fenmoor received a £1,042 credit note and paused an extension, and a Quillmark Health deal was lost on 31 Jul 2026.
Release: release four-twelve moved the nightly refresh scheduler to incremental loading and went live on 20 Jul 2026 at 18:30. HR records show Ewan Pryce, Head of Platform, on holiday from 20 Jul 2026 to 31 Jul 2026, and Kieran Walsh, Platform Engineer, in week 7 in post.
Tickets: 10 tickets from 4 customers between 21 Jul 2026 and 23 Jul 2026, first responses against each tier's P1 target:
- Fenmoor Specialty Underwriting, Enterprise, 30 min: four tickets from Callum Reid, answered in 45, 44, 54 and 24 min, so three missed the target.
- Veldmaat Payments, Growth, 1 h: three tickets from Sanne Bakker, answered in 3 h 10 min, 35 min and 1 h 33 min.
- Brackwell Freight Ltd, Growth, 1 h: two high-priority tickets from Aisha Rahman, answered in 1 h 41 min and 1 h 56 min.
