Refresh completed but new data did not appear in dashboard layer. Root cause was bug in dashboard connector. Issue took 7 days to resolve from first report.

Problem: Refresh appeared to complete on 23 Jul 2026 but Hollowmere's dashboards continued showing stale data. Josh Fairburn reported the issue twice, and Olivia Grant initially attributed it to refresh scheduling, but then identified a bug in the dashboard connector itself.

Handling: Escalated to Kieran Walsh on 23 Jul 2026. Ticket solved on 29 Jul 2026 and closed on 2 Aug 2026. Slow first response (135 minutes) for a data freshness issue during critical operational use.

Watch: Even after the platform refresh was fixed, a second layer broke; the dashboard connector bug went undetected initially because the refresh layer appeared to work.

We're still seeing stale data in the dashboards. I reported this earlier and was told a fix was being deployed, but it's been over an hour and the data still hasn't updated. This is causing problems for our teams and we need this resolved urgently.

Hi Josh, I've reviewed both your tickets and I can see you've reported this twice. The fix was deployed but the next refresh hasn't run yet, they're scheduled for 07:00 every morning. Once it runs tonight, your data will be current. In the meantime, if you need specific data for your standup, let me know what you're looking for and I can pull it manually. Thanks, Olivia

The refresh did run this morning but the dashboards are still showing data from earlier this week. This doesn't seem right. Can someone actually look at what's in the system now?

How to use the site

Summary is the landing page: what happened this week, the calls just held and the calls coming up, the risks and the renewals due.
Organisations lists every customer. Open one to see its key facts, the AI assessment and next step, platform usage, the ARR journey, deals, documents, contacts and activity, and the lineage of every block.
Conversations, Commercial, People, News and Documents cut the same data by topic. System explains how the brain is built and where each figure comes from.
Every card ends with a small made from link: it opens the lineage explorer focused on that card, so you can walk from the figure down to the raw rows it came from.
Use the sun and moon button at the top right to choose dark or light. Choose your device's own mode again to go back to following the device.

How to ask

Press Ask Brain in the header. Type a question, or pick one of the examples.

Search the brain finds the organisations, people, calls, emails, tickets, documents and news that match your words, with links to their pages.
Ask Claude copies your question and opens the B-Brain Claude Project, where Claude answers from the same data using the B-Brain tools and cites the pages it used.

The site itself does not call an AI model; answers in Claude come from the same figures you see here.
