Current to 10 Oct 26Josh Penrose urgently needed all interactions with a client for a potential budget extension. Bethan Lister provided a search method using account name and date filter; Josh found exactly what he needed.
Problem: business urgency (budget extension opportunity) required fast access to account history. Handling: first response in 49 minutes was excellent. Bethan provided a clear method: search account name, then date-filter to the month. Josh confirmed he found exactly what he needed.

- created · Josh Penrose 29 Jul 2024 13:37Hi – one of our clients has just told us there's a potential budget extension for a placement. I need to see all the interactions we've had with them this month to put together a quick update. Can you point me to how to search by account and filter by date? Cheers, Josh
- public_reply · Bethan Lister 29 Jul 2024 14:26Thanks for the quick one. Here's what you need: go to Search, type the client name in the search box, then use the Date filter on the left to narrow down to July. You'll see all interactions – emails, calls, tickets, pipeline changes. Should take you two minutes. Let me know how you get on. Thanks, Bethan
