After the QBR, Hollie Grieve recapped usage, two high priority tickets and licence headroom, and asked Josh Fairburn for the next homes to connect. Josh agreed and flagged the freshness ticket as Natasha's priority.

Ask: Hollie asked Josh for the homes to set up next and the source system each reports from.

Customer view: Josh confirmed the recap and said some newer homes keep incident records in spreadsheets. The freshness ticket is the one Natasha most wants closed, as commissioner reporting depends on it.

Next: Josh to send the list early next week; Hollie to keep both tickets updated until closed.

Hi Natasha, hi Josh, Thanks both for your time on the QBR call. A quick recap so we all have the same list. - Usage is up well on last quarter, and more of your teams are now asking questions of the brain directly. That is the trend we want to keep going. - You raised a few tickets recently, two of them high priority. Both are being worked, and I will keep you posted until they are closed. - You are well within the licensed users on the Enterprise plan, so there is plenty of headroom for more homes and more managers. Josh, could you send me the list of homes you would like set up next, and say which source system each one reports from? That lets us plan the connector work properly. Thanks, Hollie Customer Success Manager, BB-Demo

Hi Hollie, Thanks for the recap, that matches my notes. I have started the list of homes. Most report from the same two systems, but a couple of the newer ones keep their incident records in spreadsheets, so I want to check those before I send anything. I should have it to you early next week. On the tickets, the freshness one is the one Natasha is most keen to see closed, as the commissioner reporting depends on it. Thanks, Josh
