It's in person, and the room is deliberately small so that everyone gets a proper say. The format is simple: a handful of people from customers talk through how they run their commercial and customer operations, what is working and what isn't. It is not a sales pitch, and there is no slide deck to sit through. I know Sheffield to London is a trek, so I would completely understand if the date doesn't work. If you are able to come, I'll keep you a place and send the details. And if someone else on your side would get more from it, they would be very welcome.
