Nell Ashcombe 4 Jan 2024 12:57Hi Claire, The annual subscription invoice is attached. It covers the first year of the Starter tier for Hollins Tarrant, with fifteen licensed users, and it runs to the contract end on 3 Jan 2025. It was issued today, 4 Jan 2024, and payment is due on 3 Feb 2024. The net amount, VAT and total are all set out on the invoice itself. The subscription is billed annually in advance, so you won't see another one from us until the renewal. If anything on it needs changing, such as a purchase order reference, let me know and we'll sort it before the due date. Best, Nell
