Current to 11 Oct 26Final version 1 onboarding plan dated 4 Feb 2026 for a Starter implementation: four weeks, fixed fee of £6,000, up to 4 connectors and 15 users. Standard support SLA applies from go-live with a 4-hour P1 response time.
What it is: a B-Brain onboarding plan for Maelbeek Assurances, written by Laura Penhaligon, Implementation Consultant. It sets three phases over four weeks and says the implementation "concluding by end of February".
Commits: the contract period is stated as 1 February 2026-31 January 2027, with a fixed-scope, fixed-fee implementation of £6,000. Support follows "Standard support SLA applies from go-live: 4-hour P1 response time".
Unusual: nothing off the standard Starter terms. The plan gives no availability percentage, refresh deadline, service credits or connector go-live dates.
Not settled: the plan is not an executed order form and names no customer signatory. It ends with "Customer to confirm receipt, any questions, and proposed kick-off date", so the kick-off date and customer acceptance are not shown.
