What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Onboarding plan for Copperlane Payroll's Starter tier implementation, starting 1 Jun 2025 over four weeks. It sets out four connectors (CRM, email, helpdesk, accounting) going live in weeks 2 and 3, with go-live in week 4. It states no price or service levels.
What it is: a B-Brain onboarding plan written by Hamza Akhtar, Implementation Consultant, for a Starter implementation. It is filed as final, version 1, and is not a contract.
Commits: four connectors "Live by" week 2 (CRM, email) and week 3 (helpdesk, accounting), with acceptance testing sign-off, user training and production go-live in week 4. Copperlane Payroll owns data inventory sign-off and acceptance testing.
Unusual: connector timing is given in weeks and "within a few business days of credentials arriving", not as a fixed number of days or calendar dates. The plan names Priya Raman as Account Owner and Marcus Bell as Customer Success Manager without stating which are customer-side roles.
Not settled: it states no price, availability, support response times or term. It does not show whether the plan was signed off or whether go-live happened on time.
