What it says
What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Quarterly business review deck for Dunholm Precision on the Growth tier, dated 26 Oct 2025. It reports 60 licensed users, a little over a dozen active, no tickets in 30 days, and a term ending 30 Nov 2025. It sets out renewal preparation, not terms.
What it is: a customer success review prepared by Daniel Okafor, stored as final. It covers usage, value, service and a plan before the term ends on 30 Nov 2025.
Figures: it states "Contracted annual recurring revenue: £46,600" and 60 licensed users. Active use is "A little over a dozen", described as up by a little over a quarter on the prior quarter.
Unusual: 60 licensed users is above the 40 included in the standard Growth tier. The deck does not say why.
Not settled: the deck binds nobody to service levels, prices or dates. Tom Ashdown is to confirm pricing in writing, and no renewal outcome is shown. The deck is a year old, so it says nothing about the position now, and the evidence does not show whether Tom is still the account owner.

Dunholm Precision - QBR
Quarterly business review · Growth tier · Prepared by Daniel Okafor, Customer Success Manager, BB-Demo

1. Where we are
- Customer since 1 Dec 2024, on the Growth tier

- Licensed users: 60
- Account owner: Tom Ashdown. Customer Success Manager: Daniel Okafor
Dunholm Precision bought the brain to see customer orders, quality tickets and sales-engineer calls in one place. This review looks at how far that has landed over the last quarter and what we should line up before the term ends.
2. Usage
| Measure | Position this quarter |
|---|---|
| Licensed users | 60 |
| Active users, 30-day average | A little over a dozen |
| Change in active users against the prior quarter | Up by a little over a quarter |
| Tickets raised in the last 30 days | None |
| High-priority tickets in the last 30 days | None |

Active use is climbing from a modest base. A dozen or so people are using the brain in a typical month against 60 licences, so there is plenty of headroom. The question for the next quarter is less about capacity and more about reach: which teams have not yet picked it up.
3. Value
- The three sources the brain was bought to join up (orders, quality tickets and sales-engineer calls) are now being asked about together rather than reconciled by hand.
- Growth in active users suggests the early adopters are bringing colleagues with them.
- We would like to capture, in the customer's own words, two or three questions the team now answers in minutes that used to take a morning. Daniel will gather these at the review.
4. Service and issues
- No tickets were raised in the last 30 days, and none were high priority.
- No invoices are overdue.
- No open service-level concerns have been reported to us.
A quiet ticket queue alongside rising use is a good sign here. We will still ask the team directly how they are finding it, in case small frustrations are not reaching the helpdesk.
5. Plan for the next quarter
| Action | Owner | Timing |
|---|---|---|
| Widen use beyond the current regular users, starting with the quality and sales-engineering teams | Daniel Okafor with the customer's operations lead | Before the term ends |
| Encourage the team to build dashboards in the dashboards builder, which is part of the Growth tier | Daniel Okafor | Ongoing |
| Agree headline value points to carry into the renewal conversation | Daniel Okafor and Tom Ashdown | Ahead of 30 Nov 2025 |
| Confirm renewal paperwork and the user allowance for the next term | Tom Ashdown | Ahead of 30 Nov 2025 |
6. Renewal
The current term ends on 30 Nov 2025. Tom will pick up the commercial conversation and will confirm any pricing in writing rather than from memory. Daniel will bring the usage and value points from this review so the discussion starts from what the team has actually achieved.
7. Next steps
- Share this deck with the Dunholm Precision sponsor and check who else should join the review.
- Gather the examples of questions answered and time saved.
- Agree the renewal timetable with Tom Ashdown.
- Just to close the loop: Daniel will come back with a short written summary after the review.
Best wishes, Daniel
