Unissued internal draft by Tom Ashdown proposing a twelve-month Growth renewal at £51,000 for 60 users, billed annually in advance on thirty-day terms. The price is a working number, not checked against the price book. It states no availability or P1 response commitment.

What it is: an internal renewal proposal dated 19 Sep 2025, marked "Draft for discussion. Not yet issued to the customer." It covers the term ending 30 Nov 2025.

Commits: nothing binding, as it is unissued. It sets out "Annual price | £51,000" and "Payment terms | Thirty days from invoice", with 60 licensed users and a twelve-month term.

Unusual: the draft cites "Current contracted annual recurring revenue | £46,600" beside the £51,000 deal amount. The author says the price is "my working number" still to be checked against the price book.

Not settled: the final figure, extra users or connectors, who signs, and whether procurement needs a separate order form. The text does not show whether an order form was ever issued or executed, so the outcome must be checked against executed paper.

1. Context

Dunholm Precision joined BB-Demo on 1 Dec 2024 on the Growth tier. The brain was bought to bring customer orders, quality tickets and sales-engineer calls into one place, so the teams stop chasing answers across separate systems. The current term ends on 30 Nov 2025, and this note sets out how we would like to renew it.

2. How the year has gone

  • Usage has grown quarter on quarter, with more people in the brain day to day than at the start of the term.
  • There have been no support tickets in the last thirty days, and no high-priority ones.
  • Invoices have been paid on time, with nothing overdue.

In short, a quiet and healthy account, which is what we like to see.

The Growth tier continues to include the dashboards builder and quarterly business reviews, with the same connector set already live.

4. Open points

  • Tom to confirm the final figure with finance before anything goes to the customer. The price above is my working number and I will check it against the current price book.
  • Daniel to confirm whether the customer wants any extra users or connectors added at renewal.
  • Agree who at Dunholm Precision signs, and whether procurement needs a separate order form.
  • Decide whether to offer a quarterly billing option, only if they ask.

5. Next steps

  1. Internal review of this draft with Daniel.
  2. Walk the customer through the proposal at the next quarterly review.
  3. Issue the order form for signature well ahead of 30 Nov 2025.

Leave that with me and I will get something in the diary.
