What it says
What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Quarterly business review deck presented by Marcus Bell on 3 Nov 2025 for a Starter customer. It states contracted recurring revenue of nineteen thousand five hundred pounds and a term ending 3 Jan 2026. It is not a contract and sets no service levels.
What it is: a customer-facing QBR deck by Marcus Bell, Customer Success Manager. It reports Starter tier, fifteen licensed users, no tickets, no connector issues and no overdue invoices.
Commits: it states "Annual recurring revenue (contracted): nineteen thousand five hundred pounds" and a term ending 3 Jan 2026. B-Brain's next steps are a renewal paperwork send by Tom Ashdown and a refresher session for new joiners.
Unusual: nothing off standard terms. The deck states no availability, P1 response time or refresh deadline beyond "Nightly refresh has been completing as expected."
Not settled: the deck is almost a year old as of the as-of date, and the evidence does not show whether the renewal was sent or signed. It names Tom Ashdown as account owner, but whether he is still at B-Brain is not shown here.

Body
Hollins Tarrant - Quarterly Business Review
Presented by Marcus Bell, Customer Success Manager, B-Brain. 3 Nov 2025.
Where we are
- Tier: Starter
- Licensed users: fifteen
- Annual recurring revenue (contracted): nineteen thousand five hundred pounds
- Customer since 4 Jan 2024
- Current term ends on 3 Jan 2026
- Account owner: Tom Ashdown
Usage
I've pulled the numbers for the quarter.
- Active users are up on the previous quarter, with around three people using the brain on a typical day.
- There is plenty of room within the licensed users.
- The regular users are using the brain to look across client accounts, placements and client-facing tickets.
Value
- The team no longer needs to stitch together CRM and helpdesk views by hand for client reviews.
- Questions about placements and client history are answered in one place.
- The brain is part of the weekly routine for the small group who use it most.
Support and issues
- No tickets this past month.
- Nothing outstanding on connectors.
- Nightly refresh has been completing as expected.
- No overdue invoices.
Opportunities

- A few more people from the recruitment teams could be given access without changing tier.
- If a second team wants to join, we can talk through what Growth would add.
Plan for the next quarter
- Tom Ashdown will send the renewal paperwork ahead of the end of the term.
- I will run a short refresher session for new joiners.
- Shall we book thirty minutes in the new year to review what the team is asking?
Thanks, Marcus
