What this says

Final renewal proposal dated 29 Oct 2025 from Tom Ashdown to renew Starter on the same terms: 15 users, £19,500 a year, billed annually in advance. It states no availability or P1 response figures.

What it is: a customer-facing renewal proposal from Tom Ashdown, Account Executive, for a Starter deployment that joined on 4 Jan 2024. The current term ends on 3 Jan 2026.

Commits: nothing binding. It proposes "to renew Starter on the same terms for a further annual term", with a renewal deal amount of £19,500, 15 licensed users and billing annually in advance. There is no implementation fee.

Unusual: nothing off standard terms. The figure matches the v1 Starter list price and no discount, uplift or service level is mentioned.

Not settled: the proposal is not an order form. The text says one would follow "for signature before the end of the current term", and the evidence does not show whether it was signed or what happened after 3 Jan 2026.

Hollins Tarrant - Renewal Proposal

Prepared by: Tom Ashdown, Account Executive, B-Brain Date: 29 Oct 2025 Status: Final

Where we are

Hollins Tarrant joined B-Brain on 4 Jan 2024 on the Starter tier, and your current term ends on 3 Jan 2026. This proposal sets out how we would like to renew it.

It has been a steady year. There have been no high-priority tickets and no overdue invoices. Activity in the brain has grown over the last quarter, with about three people active on an average day, which is a good sign for a single-team deployment.

The renewal deal amount is the annual subscription. There is no implementation fee because the brain is already built and running, so the figure is the same as your annual price today.

Why we think it is worth keeping

  • The brain is being used, and use has been rising.
  • Your client accounts, placements pipeline and client-facing tickets are already connected, so the team is not starting again.
  • Service has been quiet: nothing urgent has needed our attention.

Room to grow

You are using a fraction of the Starter user allowance, so there is plenty of headroom before you need to think about anything larger. If more of the team starts asking questions of the brain, we can talk about adding another source or another team. Nothing is needed from you on that for the renewal.

Next steps

  • Look this over and send Tom any questions on scope or price.
  • Marcus Bell will go through usage with you ahead of the renewal, so you can see what the brain has been doing for the team.
  • Once you are happy, we send the renewal order form for signature before the end of the current term.

Let's get something in the diary to go through it together.

Cheers, Tom

Data as of Fri 9 Oct 2026. Text marked AI was written by the brain from the records listed in its made-from link; an AI output that cannot cite its evidence is refused and the previous text kept.
