What it says
What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Quarterly business review deck from Marcus Bell, Customer Success Manager, for the Starter customer. It reports a small but growing user group, one ticket and no overdue invoices, and says the term ends on 3 Jan 2025 with a renewal proposal already sent.
What it is: a customer-facing QBR deck presented by Marcus Bell on 3 Nov 2024. It is a progress report, not a contract, and the stored status is final.
Claims: the deck gives "Contracted annual recurring revenue: nineteen thousand five hundred pounds" and fifteen licensed users. These are the deck's own wording, written in words, and are not checked against an order form or invoices.
Usage and renewal: "It is still a small group, well under the licensed fifteen", with headroom to add recruiters. "Tom Ashdown has sent the renewal proposal. Commercial terms sit with Tom."
Not settled: the deck gives no usage figures, no ticket detail and no renewal price. It is nearly two years old at the as-of date, so the outcome of the renewal is not shown here.

Body
Hollins Tarrant - QBR
Quarterly business review, 3 Nov 2024. Presented by Marcus Bell, Customer Success Manager, B-Brain.
Account summary
- Customer since 4 Jan 2024, Starter tier
- Contracted annual recurring revenue: nineteen thousand five hundred pounds
- Licensed users: fifteen
- Current term ends on 3 Jan 2025
- No overdue invoices
Usage
- The number of active users has grown again compared with the previous quarter.
- It is still a small group, well under the licensed fifteen, which tells me the people who use the brain are using it properly rather than casually.
- Questions are mainly about client accounts and the placements pipeline.
- I've pulled the numbers and can share the month-by-month view on a call.
Value
- Client accounts, pipeline and client-facing tickets are in one place, which is what the brain was bought for.
- The regular users no longer need to piece those views together from separate systems.
- There is headroom to bring more recruiters in without any change to the plan.
Issues

- One ticket was raised in the last month. It is the only one, and it went through normal support.
- No overdue invoices.
- Happy to walk through the ticket on a call if useful.
Renewal
- The current term ends on 3 Jan 2025.
- Tom Ashdown has sent the renewal proposal. Commercial terms sit with Tom.
- On my side I'll keep the brain in good shape and help the team get more from it before the date.
Plan
- Walk a few more of the team through the brain, starting with the pipeline questions. Owner: Marcus Bell.
- Shall we book half an hour with the team lead in the next couple of weeks to go through usage and the renewal?
- Check in again once the renewal is signed.
Thanks, Marcus
