What it says
What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Draft renewal proposal from Tom Ashdown, dated 28 Oct 2024, for Hollins Tarrant to renew on the Starter tier for twelve months at the same scope. It is unsigned and stale: the term it covers started after 3 Jan 2025.
What it is: a draft renewal proposal written by Tom Ashdown, Account Executive, on 28 Oct 2024. It proposes renewing the Starter tier, same scope, for twelve months from the end of the current term on 3 Jan 2025.
Commits: nothing binding. The text says "Draft - for discussion, not yet final". It sets out annual billing in advance, fifteen licensed users and the six-monthly check-in with Marcus Bell.
Unusual: the price is written in words as nineteen thousand five hundred pounds, and the deal amount equals it because a renewal carries no implementation fee. No discount or non-standard service level is stated.
Not settled: the signatory, any extra users or team, and the final order form wording. The document is old, so an executed order form should be checked before relying on this price.

Body
Hollins Tarrant - Renewal Proposal v1
Draft - for discussion, not yet final. Written by Tom Ashdown, Account Executive, B-Brain, on 28 Oct 2024.
Context
Hollins Tarrant has been a B-Brain customer since 4 Jan 2024 on the Starter tier. The current term ends on 3 Jan 2025. The brain brings client accounts, the placements pipeline from your CRM and client-facing tickets into one place, and use has grown steadily over the year.
There are no overdue invoices, and support has been quiet, with a single ticket in the last month.
What we are proposing
Renew on the same tier, same scope, for a further twelve months starting the day after the current term ends.
| Item | Detail |
|---|---|
| Tier | Starter |
| Licensed users | fifteen |
| Annual price | nineteen thousand five hundred pounds |
| Deal amount | nineteen thousand five hundred pounds |
| Billing | Annual, in advance, on our standard payment terms |
| Term | Twelve months from the end of the current term |
The deal amount equals the annual price because a renewal carries no separate implementation fee.

Open points
- Whether you want extra users or another team brought in before the renewal date. Nothing in the current use suggests you need them, but it is worth asking.
- Who at Hollins Tarrant signs the renewal. Leave that with me and I'll confirm.
- Final wording of the order form, which follows once you are happy with this.
Next steps
- Share this draft with the team lead and anyone in finance who needs to see it
- Let's get something in the diary this week or next to go through it
- Once agreed, I'll issue the order form for signature
No drama, and happy to change anything that doesn't look right.
Cheers, Tom
