What it says
What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Quarterly business review deck presented by Marcus Bell on 6 May 2024 for a Starter customer since 4 Jan 2024. It reports growing use within a small group, no tickets and no overdue invoices. It is not a contract and is now long out of date.
What it is: a customer-facing QBR deck from Marcus Bell, Customer Success Manager. It reports a Starter term from 4 Jan 2024 ending on 3 Jan 2025, with fifteen licensed users and no overdue invoices.
Value: active use has "nearly doubled" but is "well short of the licensed fifteen". The deck gives no figures for questions asked and offers the detail on a call.
Commits: nothing. It states the contracted annual recurring revenue only in words, "nineteen thousand five hundred pounds", so no price is recorded from it. It gives no service levels or connector dates.
Not settled: what happened at renewal. The deck says Tom Ashdown "will pick up the renewal conversation later in the year", but it is dated 6 May 2024 and shows nothing about the term after 3 Jan 2025.

Body
Hollins Tarrant - QBR
Quarterly business review, 6 May 2024. Presented by Marcus Bell, Customer Success Manager, B-Brain.
Where we are
- Customer since 4 Jan 2024, Starter tier
- Contracted annual recurring revenue: nineteen thousand five hundred pounds
- Licensed users: fifteen
- Current term ends on 3 Jan 2025
- No overdue invoices
Usage
- Use of the brain has picked up well since the previous quarter. The number of people active in a typical month has nearly doubled.
- It is still a small group, well short of the licensed fifteen, so there is plenty of headroom on the plan.
- The connected sources are the CRM (client accounts and the placements pipeline) and the helpdesk (client-facing tickets). Both are loading as expected.
Value
- The reason Hollins Tarrant bought the brain was to see client accounts, the placements pipeline and client-facing tickets in one place. That is what the regular users are doing with it.
- Questions are mostly about client accounts and what is open in the pipeline. I've pulled the numbers and I'll share the detail on a call.
- The people using it most are the ones who used to piece this together by hand.
Issues
Read the whole document (1,796 characters)
- No tickets raised in the last month.
- No high-priority tickets.
- Nothing outstanding from the helpdesk side.
Plan for the next quarter
- Widen use beyond the current small group. Marcus to ask the team lead which recruiters would benefit most and run a short walkthrough for them.
- Look at whether a few saved pages for common client questions would help new users get started.
- Keep an eye on use through the summer and bring the numbers back to the next review.
- Tom Ashdown will pick up the renewal conversation later in the year.
Happy to jump on a call to go through any of this.
Thanks, Marcus
