Evidence trail
Why it matters
Every card on the site ends with a small made from link. It opens the evidence trail focused on that card: the figure or sentence, the facts and records it was made from, and the raw rows in the source systems.
An AI output that cannot cite its evidence is refused and the previous text kept. Where two systems disagree, for example a contract and the CRM, the page shows both values and marks the difference.
